Introduction

The “Terms of Service and Conditions” agreement (referred to as “Agreement”), which outlines the conditions and rules governing the commissioning of artwork by MangoWeed. By proceeding with a commission and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms presented in this document. Please read these terms carefully before finalizing your commission.

Commission Process

Initial Draft: Upon request and payments delivered, an initial rough draft will be created. Depending on personal time constraints, this sketch may be completed within the same day or take up to 1-3 weeks.Feedback: Once the draft is complete and approved by you, I will proceed to the next stage of the process.Final Artwork: The final completed commission may take approximately 1-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Personal vs Commercial Commission

Personal Commission: Artwork created for personal use, such as displaying in private Discord servers or using in roleplaying sessions, must not involve any form of redistribution or profit.Commercial Commission: Commercial commissions entail the intention of generating profit or promoting a business. This includes using the artwork on social media, for streaming or collaborative projects, or for promotional materials.

Deliverables

Final Artwork: Once the commission is complete, you will receive the final artwork via email.File Format: Artwork will be delivered in PNG format.Size: The default size is 2000×2000 pixels, unless a different size is specified during the commission process.Alternate Formats: You may request other file formats for the commissioned artwork, excluding the original working file.If the artwork is watermarked, DO NOT REMOVE WATERMARK.

Usage Rights and Copyright

Artwork Ownership: MangoWeed retains full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork, even for personal commissions.Artist Portfolio: MangoWeed may showcase the commissioned artwork in their portfolio and for promotional purposes.Client Usage: Clients are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or distribute the artwork without explicit permission from MangoWeed.

Revisions

Upon draft completion, I will contact you via your preferred contact.Included Revisions: The commission fee includes 3 rounds of revisions during the creation process.Additional Revisions: Extra revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: Once the initial sketch is completed, payments are non-refundable.Refund: In the event that I am unable to fulfill your commission request, a full refund will be provided.

Communications

Preferred Communication: Communication primarily takes place via Discord or Email.Response Time: I strive to respond to inquiries within 24 hours, unless on holidays.

Updates to Terms

Changes to TOS: MangoWeed reserves the right to update these terms of service. Check the timestamp regularly in case changes have been made.By proceeding with a commission, you signify your understanding and agreement to these terms.For inquiries or concerns, please contact my Discord or Email me.
